Appointments and Cancellations
To make an appointment, please contact our reception staff with your referral handy.
If you cannot make your appointment, kindly cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to enable the space to be utilized by someone who is awaiting an appointment. If you fail to confirm your appointment within 24hrs, your appointment will be cancelled.
Referrals
If you would like to access the Medicare rebate for your appointment, you will need a doctor's referral. You can book in without a referral, but you will not be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate. Existing patients attending follow up appointments will require an up to date referral to access Medicare rebates.
At the moment, we are not taking any new patients.
COVID-19
We are continuing to offer in-person consults where appropriate and in accordance with strict hygiene controls and screening criteria in line with current COVID19 guidelines.
Please contact us via phone to reschedule your appointment if you have any symptoms of unwellness or have been in recent close contact with a case of COVID-19.
Emergency
In case of an Emergency, please call 000 immediately.
Parking On Site
There is a signed allocated parking space in the undercover car park. Off-street parking is also available on Kerr and River Streets.
